No Refunds

We regret to inform you that we do not accept any returns or provide refunds for the products purchased through our website. This policy is in place due to the nature of the products, which are classified as healthcare care items and, for health and safety reasons, cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, for our records.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@theocpharmacy.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
