Suggested Use: Adults – take 1 scoop, 1-2 times per day, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Mix each scoop with 4-6 oz (120-180 mL) of water. Take a few hours before and after taking other medications.

Caution:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Zinc
supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Do not use this product with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes.
