Recommended Use
Helps to prevent folate deficiency. Helps to form red blood cells. Helps to maintain a healthy metabolism. Helps with immune function. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy.

Directions
Children (1-3 years) - Take 1 drop per day. Children (4-8 years) - Take 2 drops per day. Adolescents (9-13 years) - Take 3 drops per day. Adolescents (14-18 years) - Take 4 drops per day. Adults (19 years and older) - Take 5 drops per day. Ages 14 and up - 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube defects.
