We can fall short on digestive enzymes due to digestive conditions or food sensitivities, and although they can be found in foods like mangoes, bananas, honey, and avocados, these enzymes are sensitive to heat and easily destroyed by cooking.

Directions
Adults – Take one (1) to two (2) capsules, three (3) times per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Swallow whole/do not crush or chew. Take with a meal/food.

As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking anticoagulant agents or anti-inflammatory agents, having surgery or if you have diabetes, gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, or an allergy to latex or fruits (such as avocado, banana, chestnut, passion fruit, fig, melon, mango, kiwi, pineapple, peach, and tomato).
