Recommended Use
Helps reduce the symptoms of stress, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, irritability, and inability to concentrate. Melissa officinalis is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid. Passiflora incarnata is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid during times of mental stress. Passiflora incarnata is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve restlessness and nervousness (calmative). Helps reduce cortisol and C-reactive protein levels, the biomarkers of physical stress.

Directions
Adults (19 years and older) - Take 2 capsules, 30 to 60 minutes before or at bedtime. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
