GG may complement the actions of ubiquinol by enhancing absorption and supporting endogenous CoQ10 synthesis naturally in the body. This formula provides 100 mg of ubiquinol combined with annatto and quillaja extracts for enhanced absorption and bioavailability.

day with a meal or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
