Recommended Use: Helps reduce homocysteine levels, which may be associated with deficiencies of folate and/or vitamin B12. Helps to form red blood cells and connective tissue. Helps to maintain the body’s ability to metabolize nutrients and iron. Caution:Do not use if you are taking antibiotics, or nitroglycerin. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose, stearic acid (veg), magnesium stearate (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose:Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks.
