Contains no:
Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Each softgel contains:
Organic black cumin (Nigella sativa) seed oil 50% linoleic acid — 20% oleic acid 500 mg
NON‑MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Vitamin E (ᴅ-alpha-tocopherol; from non‑GMO sunflower) in a softgel made of bovine gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Adults: Take 2 softgels 3 times daily before a meal or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks.
