Directions

Recommended Dose: Adult Females 19 years and older: Take two
capsules twice a day with meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other
medications or natural health products. 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to reduce the risk of neural tube
defects. Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional folate before taking this product.
