Directions

Suggested Use: 1 to 2 capsules, before bedtime, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Can be taken with or without food.


Cautions: Discontinue use or reduce dosage in the event of diarrhea or watery stool. Do not exceed recommended amount. High doses of 5-HTP is contraindicated with SSRIs and MAO inhibitors.
