Suggested Use:

Adults – Take 2 capsules daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Caution:

Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner
prior to use if taking anticoagulant and anti-hypertensive agents; or if you
have a history of non-melanoma skin-cancer. Consumption with alcohol,
other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
